Team Members:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to qualify for an Indiana server’s permit.

  • Must be available to work routinely on weekend nights.

    • All positions are part-time.

    • Shifts are flexible (meaning requests off are typically honored), but employees are expected to be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.

    • Regular bar shift hours are Fridays 4:30p-11p, & Saturdays 3:30p-11p. Additional hours available (though optional) on Saturday mornings/afternoons (for mobile events), Thursday evenings & Sundays (for ticketed/private events).

    • Regular kitchen shift hours are Fridays 4-10pm, & Saturdays 3-10pm.

  • Provide exceptional service to guests by promptly welcoming and courteously serving guests in a can-do fashion, engaging in polite conversation when time permits.

  • Deliver highly attentive service.

  • Receive and place guest orders, including handling of electronic payments (bartenders & servers only).

  • Prepare and serve drinks for cocktail service (bartenders & servers). Prepare food for dinner service (kitchen staff only).

  • Interact with guests with discretion and professionalism, occasionally diffusing difficult situations.

  • Ensure the bar and its equipment are clean and fully functional.

  • Participate in restocking and general clean up duties.

  • Stand and walk for several consecutive hours and assist in moving heavy object, such as spirit cases and furniture.
