Whiskey Thieving & Bottling Experience - High Rye Bourbon Single Barrel Pick

Join us for an unforgettable Whiskey Thieving & Bottling Experience! You get to be a part of selecting the next High Rye Bourbon Single Barrel pick. The experience starts by “thieving” whiskey samples straight from several of our High Rye Bourbon barrels, then casting your vote on the winning barrel before filling and hand-labeling your very own bottle to take home!

Tickets for Saturday, March 7th, 3:00-4:00pm, include:

• ”Thieving” several samples of uncut bourbon straight from our barrels

  • See how the process takes place, including use of a hydrometer to determine the winning barrel’s unique ABV (alcohol by volume)

  • Learn the principles for a structured approach to analyzing flavor, aroma, and texture

• Voting on the Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon Barrel winner

  • (Edwin Coe reserves the right to veto the winning barrel if it does not meet our single barrel standards, in which case a new vote will take place by participants to choose an appropriate winning barrel)

• Bottling and hand-labeling your very own bottle of the winning Single Barrel High Rye Bourbon

  • Additional bottles may be purchased at retail value ($70/bottle)
